Phil was such a wonderful host—friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The neighborhood is lovely, with a great vibe and everything you need nearby. Even though our visit was short, we really enjoyed our time at his place. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

We absolutely adored staying at this charming BnB! The location couldn't be better—just steps from Prospect Park and close to the subway, making it super convenient to explore the city. It was such a treat to experience the local neighborhood vibe too. The place itself was cozy and inviting, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming, giving us total freedom to come and go as we pleased. A perfect stay all around!

The owners truly went out of their way to ensure we felt at home, and their kindness during a challenging moment meant the world to us. We couldn’t be more grateful for their exceptional hospitality!

The breakfast was tasty, though I wished for a bit more variety since we had scrambled eggs every morning. The steel drum performance was fantastic, and I loved how they followed it up with videos of other groups, including a full symphony orchestra playing steel drums—such a unique and enjoyable experience!

Phil and Faye are such fantastic hosts—they truly made our stay special! Every morning, we looked forward to their delicious breakfast, which was always a highlight. The rooms are not only beautifully decorated but also stocked with everything you could need, even surpassing some of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Three cheers for this lovely B&B—we can’t wait to return!
